delivery policy

  1. Order processing
    We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  2. Delivery methods and deadlines
    Delivery is made via a contracted delivery service on the territory of the Republic of Croatia and EU countries. Delivery times for Croatia are 2-5 working days from the time the shipment is handed over to the delivery service, while for delivery in the EU, the times may vary, most often from 5 to 14 working days, depending on the country of destination.

  3. Shipping costs
    Shipping costs are clearly displayed in the purchase process before confirming the order. All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated. For orders outside Croatia, additional customs costs and taxes may be charged, of which the customer is informed before confirming the purchase.

  4. Shipment tracking
    After the shipment is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number via email, which they can use to track the delivery status with the selected carrier.

  5. Shipping restrictions
    We currently deliver within the Republic of Croatia and EU countries. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

  6. Failed delivery and damage
    If the delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete data, the cost of redelivery is borne by the customer. If the shipment is damaged upon arrival, the buyer must immediately report the damage to the delivery person and contact us to resolve the complaint.

  7. Return and exchange
    Customers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receipt of the product without giving any reason. Detailed terms of return and exchange can be found in the Return Policy published on our website.
